Trust is key to providing support services, so every client is given the opportunity to choose their own support workers.
When you need support, you don't have time to wait. We can provide supports to you/your client within 3 days of receiving a signed Service Agreement.
Your first and regular point of contact is our Client Liaison and Service Coordinator, Phil. He will ensure any concerns are actioned swiftly.

When we first meet with you to discuss what supports you require, our team will show you through 'staff profiles' of our available support workers. This will help you to get an understanding of who they are and their interests, so you can choose support workers that you trust and have common interests with. During this time, please request any other information you'd like to know. We're dedicated to ensuring you are comfortable with the people who will be supporting you.

As a family business, each director brings over 35 years combined working experience from a range of fields including: disability support, human resources, social sciences, psychological sciences, business, and compliance.
What makes us different is our client-centred approach. Each of our participants gets the choice of support workers during the onboarding process, echoing the importance of autonomy.
We also have onboard a Lead Client Liaison/Service Coordinator who is the first point of contact for all new participants & regularly checks in with them to ensure the service is working for them. Our Client Advocacy Committee is our way for participants to let us know how we can better our services.

I would highly recommend Fairhands Care Services to anyone looking for a very good disability service provider! My support coordinator friend had a recent interaction with, I think, their manager Philip and some other staff/workers. They said that Philip has a lot of understanding and the staff were lovely to deal with. I hope other service providers learn from Fairhands Care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
